Two new Amazon Business cards are now accepting applications following the move from Amex to U.S. Bank. One card is for Prime members and one is for non-Prime members. The Prime version earns 5% back on up to $150,000 annually in eligible Amazon, Whole Foods, and U.S. Bank travel portal purchases, while the non-Prime version earns 3% back in those same categories. Both cards also earn 2% back in your top three eligible spending categories, up to $150,000 annually, and neither card carries an annual fee.
Welcome offers appear to be dynamic and vary by account. Some users are seeing $100-$250 back with little or no spending requirement, while others are targeted for offers as high as $750 back after $3,000 in spending. If you have an Amazon Prime account, you may want to click here to check your offer.
The Business Prime card was previously issued by Amex, and existing cardholders will begin transitioning to the new U.S. Bank version starting August 14, 2026.
